Prior to Halliburton, he held several investment banking positions at UBS Investment Bank and Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc., where he focused on the firms’ oil and gas clients. He then served as Vice President of Investor Relations and was responsible for the development and implementation of communication strategies for the investment community. Loeffler joined Halliburton in 2014 as Vice President of Corporate Development with global leadership responsibilities for the Company’s strategic merger and acquisition activities. Lance Loeffler leads the Company’s financial strategy and functions, including planning and analysis, accounting and reporting, tax, internal assurance, treasury, corporate development, and investor relations. He is a member of the Company’s Executive Committee.
